Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at purchasing@novastracorp.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
