- The Long Coil Kit accessory works in conjunction with the Mini-Ductor Series and the Inductor Series U-555 Induction Heaters. It is plated to eliminate oxidation and guarantee contact and is designed to last several hundred uses or more (subject to type of use).
- The Long Coil Kit is designed to help safely and quickly heat and release seized nuts and bolts up to 1.5″ in diameter and other metallic hardware from corrosion and thread lock compounds, and manufactured in varying lengths of up to 13.25” long.
- Safer than torches – Utilizes induction heat that has a precise, localized heat and no open flame which reduces chances of catching something on fire, enhances workplace safety, and minimizes damage to the surrounding work area.
- The coils are all flexible and can be bent to your desired configuration to reach hard corners or buried deep near plastics or rubber, or separated for a wider range of applications. The coils are specially coated to resist abrasion but, if insulation is breached, a new coil will need to be used.
